What You'll Need

  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen cooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tail left on, thawed according to package directions
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger

What to Do

  1. Drain shrimp on paper towels and place in a large resealable plastic bag.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together orange peel, juice, vinegar, oil, and ginger. Pour mixture over shrimp and seal bag.

  3. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Drain and serve immediately.
