Marinated French Chicken

This easy Marinated French Chicken dish really cuts the mustard when it comes to being a healthy diabetes recipe. You can feel good about all the ingredients, and expect it to taste simply delicious!
What You'll Need
- 1/2 cup bottled marinade for chicken, divided
- 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 (4-ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
What to Do
- In a small bowl, combine marinade, mustard, and olive oil; mix well.
- Place chicken in resealable plastic bag; add 1/4 cup marinade mixture, seal, and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Store remaining marinade in refrigerator until ready to use for basting.
- Preheat oven to broil. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray. Remove chicken from plastic bag and discard excess marinade in bag.
- Broil chicken until no longer pink, basting with reserved marinade.
Tip:
These are also great on the grill, if you feel like firing it up.
