Orange Grove Salad

Fresh oranges make this Orange Grove Salad a delight! We've added some directly into the dressing for extra flavor.
What You'll Need
- 6 fresh oranges, peeled and sectioned
- 1/3 cup Italian dressing
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds (optional)
- 1 package (10 ounces) fresh romaine lettuce, chopped
What to Do

In a blender, combine half the oranges and the Italian dressing. Blend until smooth. Sitr in poppyseeds if desired.

In a large salad bowl, toss together the Romaine, remaining orange sections, and half of the dressing mixture. Serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute peeled, fresh orange sections for the canned mandarin oranges. And try this dressing by itself served over fresh fruit salad.
