- 1 apple, peeled, cored, chopped, divided (we prefer Granny Smith)
- 1/4 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 English muffin, split
What to Do

Preheat boiler.

Lightly toast muffin halves. Add half the chopped apple to each muffin half and sprinkle with half the cheese. Broil just until cheese melts.
