These guilt-free Fruity Parfait Swirls are made with nutritious, low in fat and sugar ingredients, so you can enjoy every spoonful with a smile.

What You'll Need

  • 2 cups reduced-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free fruit drink powder
  • 2 cups fresh bananas
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and drink powder.

  2. Divide yogurt mixture and bananas into 4 parfait or stemmed glasses, distributing evenly.

  3. Top each parfait with 1 tablespoon whipped topping and serve.

Notes

If you want to switch it up a bit, instead of bananas, try strawberries, blueberries or any other fruit.
