Pardon the pun, but our Berry Good Dessert Sauce is sure to earn you raves anytime you spoon it on your favorite lighter treats. It tastes like it wouldn't rate a diabetes diet, but we promise.…it does!

What You'll Need

  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup granulated Splenda
  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen unsweetened strawberries, thawed

What to Do

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cornstarch and sugar substitute; add strawberries.

  2. Cook until mixture boils, stirring occasionally. Cook about 2 additional minutes, or until mixture clears and thickens, stirring occasionally.

  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
