What You'll Need
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen cleaned and peeled crawfish tails
- 1 (10-ounce) can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, 2% milk
What to Do
- In a medium skillet, cook tomatoes and green chilies 3 minutes, or until hot.
- Add crawfish and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add soup and cheese; cook until mixture is heated through.
