Just because you're following a diabetic diet doesn't mean you can't have rich-tasting sauces. Our lighter Creamy Tail of the Crawfish Sauce goes perfectly on all your favorite seafood!

What You'll Need

  • 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen cleaned and peeled crawfish tails
  • 1 (10-ounce) can reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 8 ounces Velveeta cheese, 2% milk

What to Do

  1. In a medium skillet, cook tomatoes and green chilies 3 minutes, or until hot.

  2. Add crawfish and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add soup and cheese; cook until mixture is heated through.
