What You'll Need
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen cooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tail left on, thawed according to package directions
- 1 teaspoon finely grated orange peel
- 3 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
What to Do
- Drain shrimp on paper towels and place in a large resealable plastic bag.
- In a small bowl, whisk together orange peel, juice, vinegar, oil, and ginger. Pour mixture over shrimp and seal bag.
- Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours. Drain and serve immediately.
