It's A Salsa Fiesta anytime we put out some fresh salsa. This easy to mix together zippy south-of-the-border version is sure to put everyone in a great mood!
What You'll Need
- 6 fresh tomatillos, husked, stemmed and chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
- 3 tablespoon finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, mix together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours before serving.
