Kick up the holiday taste in your bread basket with our Whole Wheat Cranberry Rolls. Made with fresh cranberries and garnished with a zesty, citrusy mix, these cranberry rolls are sure to be a hit!

What You'll Need

  • 1/3 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar substitute
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 3 tablespoon margarine, melted, divided
  • 1 (17.3-ounce) package refrigerated reduced-fat whole wheat biscuits
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine cranberries, sugar substitute, ginger, orange zest, and 1 tablespoon margarine; set aside.
  3. Cut biscuits in half and form into circle shape with fingers. Place 1 teaspoon cranberry mixture in center of each biscuit; bring edges together and pinch tightly to close. Place seam side down on baking sheet.
  4. In a small bowl, combine parsley with remaining margarine. Brush tops of biscuits with mixture.
  5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm.
