Berry Peachy Smoothie

Fat-free vanilla yogurt provides the base for this healthy and yummy-tasting Berry Peachy Smoothie. This is a great end of summer fruit smoothie!

What You'll Need

  • 1 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh peeled peach slices
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes

What to Do

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and blend for 1 minute or until smooth. Serve immediately.

Notes

It's fine to use the frozen equivalent of these fruits…no need to thaw!
