Sweet 'n' Crunchy Slaw

Apples, raisins and peanuts make a perfect combination in our Sweet 'n' Crunchy Slaw. Plus, using non-fat plain yogurt in place of mayonnaise keeps it on the lighter side.
What You'll Need
- 4 cup shredded cabbage
- 2 small apples, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts
- 3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/3 cup nonfat powdered milk
- 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 packet Splenda
What to Do
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, apples, raisins, and peanuts.
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt and powdered milk. Add mayonnaise and Splenda; mix well. Blend into cabbage and toss lightly.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or until ready to serve.
