Sweet 'n' Crunchy Slaw

Apples, raisins and peanuts make a perfect combination in our Sweet 'n' Crunchy Slaw. Plus, using non-fat plain yogurt in place of mayonnaise keeps it on the lighter side.

What You'll Need

  • 4 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 small apples, cored and chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup chopped dry-roasted peanuts
  • 3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/3 cup nonfat powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 packet Splenda

What to Do

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, apples, raisins, and peanuts.
  2. In a small bowl, combine yogurt and powdered milk. Add mayonnaise and Splenda; mix well. Blend into cabbage and toss lightly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours or until ready to serve.
