Citrusy Avocado Salad

Our Citrusy Avocado Salad with a drizzle of poppy seed dressing tastes like it came from a fancy restaurant. Not only is this a healthy everyday option, but it is so good you might even want to share it with company.

What You'll Need

  • 4 cup shredded romaine or leaf lettuce
  • 1 avocado, peeled, seeded
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled, sectioned
  • 2 tablespoon poppy seed dressing (see Note)

What to Do

  1. On each of 4 salad plates, place one-fourth shredded lettuce.

  2. Slice avocado in 1/4-inch wedges. Arrange avocado wedges and grapefruit sections on lettuce.

  3. Drizzle with poppy seed dressing.
