What You'll Need

  • 1 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel
  • 2 drop almond extract

What to Do

  1. In a blender on medium speed, mix all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate 1 hour before using or keep refrigerated until ready to use.
