These guilt-free Fruity Parfait Swirls are made with nutritious, low in fat and sugar ingredients, so you can enjoy every spoonful with a smile.
What You'll Need
- 2 cup reduced-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tablespoon sugar-free fruit drink powder
- 2 cup fresh bananas
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat whipped topping, thawed
What to Do
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt and drink powder.
- Divide yogurt mixture and bananas into 4 parfait or stemmed glasses, distributing evenly.
- Top each parfait with 1 tablespoon whipped topping and serve.
