What You'll Need

  • 1 (14-ounce) angel food cake, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 (0.3-ounce) packages sugar-free strawberry gelatin
  • 2 cup boiling water
  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen unsweetened whole strawberries, thawed
  • 2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 (1-ounce) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen sugar-free whipped topping, thawed
  • Fresh strawberries, for garnish

What to Do

  1. In a trifle bowl or large glass serving bowl, arrange half the cake cubes in a single layer.
  2. In a medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in strawberries. Pour half the mixture over cake cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Spoon half the pudding over gelatin. Layer with half of whipped topping.
  4. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, ending with whipped topping. Garnish with strawberries and refrigerate at least an hour or until ready to serve.
