This company-fancy salad comes direct from our Test Kitchen supervisor, Patty, who created a light and healthy combo of ingredients that looks elegant, but is easy as can be for any family that needs diabetic fare. Patty's version of Turkey-Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad is a hit-maker!

What You'll Need

  • 4 cup mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup sliced green or red seedless grapes
  • 2 cup cubed cooked turkey breast (1-inch cubes)
  • 4 tablespoon fat-free raspberry vinaigrette

What to Do

  1. Divide greens among 4 salad plates. Evenly distribute grapes and turkey over greens. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon vinaigrette.
