What You'll Need

  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (8-ounce) package reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup half-and-half
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

What to Do

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

  2. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and sugar. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until creamy. Add the half-and-half, flour, baking soda, and salt; mix well. Add the egg mixture, the melted chocolate, and the vanilla; beat well, then pour into the unbaked pie shell.

  3. Bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  4. Allow to cool, then cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
