Our easy no-bake pie recipe for Frozen Mocha Cream Pie is so tasty, you'll want to make it for all of your special gatherings! You're sure to get some rave reviews!

What You'll Need

  • 13 whole low-fat graham cracker sheets
  • 2 packet (about 1/2 teaspoon) Splenda
  • 5 tablespoon light tub margarine, trans-fat-free, melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoon canola oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup strong black coffee, cooled
  • 4 ounce fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounce frozen fat-free whipped topping, thawed

What to Do

  1. In a food processor, finely crush graham crackers. Place crumbs in a medium bowl and add Splenda and margarine; mix until combined. Press mixture firmly into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate; set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cocoa powder and oil. Add sugar and coffee; mix with a spoon until smooth. Add cream cheese and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. With a spoon, fold in whipped topping until well blended.
  3. Pour mixture into pie crust, cover loosely, and freeze at least 4 hours, or until firm.
