Peachy Melba Pie

Fresh peaches, raspberry jam and whipped topping make our no-bake Peachy Melba Pie one to remember. But thankfully, our lighter version of this diner delight is guilt-free!
What You'll Need
- 1 (4-serving) package sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2/3 cup nonfat powdered milk
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 4 peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1 (9-inch) reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust
- 1/4 cup raspberry spreadable fruit spread
What to Do
- In a large bowl, combine dry pudding mix and powdered milk. Add water. Mix well using a wire whisk.
- Blend in 1/2 cup whipped topping. Add chopped peaches and mix gently to combine. Spread evenly into pie crust. Refrigerate while preparing topping.
- In a small bowl, stir raspberry spreadable fruit until soft. Add remaining whipped topping; mix gently to combine. Spread topping mixture evenly over set filling. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
