Homemade Bread Crumbs made from healthy light-style wheat bread are so much better for us than store-bought. The fresh taste and texture and the ease of making them, will surely have you using this one ingredient recipe often.

What You'll Need

  • 4 slice light-style wheat bread

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

  2. In a blender, process one slice of bread at a time. Repeat until all bread is processed. Spread crumbs on baking sheet.

  3. Bake 40 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
