Creamy Tzatziki Sauce

Need a cool and creamy sauce to go with your Greek-style meat dish? Our Creamy Tzatziki Sauce, made with a reduced fat sour cream and Greek yogurt base and brightened with fresh mint, makes the perfect go-along.

What You'll Need

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar plus
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves

What to Do

  1. In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately or place in a bowl, cover, and chill until ready to serve.
