Need a cool and creamy sauce to go with your Greek-style meat dish? Our Creamy Tzatziki Sauce, made with a reduced fat sour cream and Greek yogurt base and brightened with fresh mint, makes the perfect go-along.
What You'll Need
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar plus
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 clove garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoon dried mint leaves
What to Do
- In a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately or place in a bowl, cover, and chill until ready to serve.
