What You'll Need

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup granulated Splenda
  • 1 pound purple plums, pits removed, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

What to Do

  1. In a medium saucepan, mix together cornstarch and Splenda. Stir in plums and lemon juice.

  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, or until thickened.
