What You'll Need

  • 2 whole wheat pita breads
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 8 thin slices low-salt deli turkey
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 mini sweet yellow peppers, sliced

What to Do

  1. Cut pita breads in half, forming pockets, and spread with mustard. Fill each half evenly with turkey, cucumber, tomato, and pepper. Serve immediately.
