This is our favorite way to enjoy the homestyle flavors of Thanksgiving any time of the year...without all the traditional fuss! Since our Stuffed Turkey Breast Dinner is practically a complete meal by itself, all you have to add is your favorite veggie and a big appetite!

What You'll Need

  • 1/2 (8-ounce) package of herb stuffing cubes*
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup reduced-sodium ready-to-use chicken broth*
  • 8 (4-ounce) boneless, skinless turkey breast cutlets
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar turkey gravy*

What to Do

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.*

  2. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing cubes, dried cranberries, and broth; mix well.

  3. Place the turkey cutlets on a work surface and place an equal amount of the stuffing mixture in the center of each. Roll up each cutlet and place seam-side down in the baking dish. Pour gravy over the roll-ups.

  4. Cover, and bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until cooked through and no pink remains in the turkey.
