What You'll Need
- 1 1/2 pound ground veal
- 1 package (9 ounces) frozen creamed spinach, thawed
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
What to Do
- Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients; mix well. Form into a loaf on a large rimmed cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour or until the meat is cooked through.
Notes
For a nice surprise, place some hard-boiled eggs in the loaf by forming the loaf around the eggs. When you slice the baked loaf...watch their faces!
