What You'll Need

  • 2 cup thinly sliced onions
  • 1 cup green bell pepper strips
  • 1 cup red bell pepper strips
  • 6 clove garlic, minced

What to Do

  1. Coat a 10-inch skillet with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in prepared skillet. Cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

  2. Add 1/4 cup water and cook over medium-low heat for about 20 minutes or until vegetables are very tender.
