Ginger-Kissed Broccoli

Ginger packs so much flavor and so many healthy benefits, that it's the perfect pairing for a veggie like broccoli. Your whole family will enjoy our Ginger-Kissed Broccoli, and you'll feel good about serving it.

What You'll Need

  • 4 cup small broccoli florets
  • 6 slice thin, peeled fresh ginger root
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

What to Do

  1. In a large saucepan with steamer basket, steam broccoli until just tender.

  2. Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium heat, cook ginger and garlic about 1 minute. Add soy sauce and heat about 2 minutes. Remove ginger and spoon sauce over broccoli.
