Italian-Style Baked Tomatoes

We love using Parmesan cheese to help flavor healthy dishes. A little goes a long way, especially in this dish! Our Italian-Style Baked Tomatoes are proof of that!

What You'll Need

  • 4 ripe, firm tomatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Italian herb-seasoned bread crumbs

What to Do

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange tomatoes in shallow baking pan.

  2. Bake 10 minutes.

  3. In a small bowl, combine cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle mixture over tomato halves.

  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until topping is browned.
