Sauteed Green Beans

Olive oil earns a "thumbs up" because it contains monounsaturated fat. So, not only do our Sauteed Green Beans taste great, it's great to know they're good for us, too!
What You'll Need
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 (9-ounce) packages frozen French-cut green beans
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
What to Do
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add almonds and garlic, and saute for 2 to 3 minutes, or until almonds are light golden.
- Add remaining ingredients, cover, and allow beans to steam for 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.
