A burst of healthy blueberries make our delicious Blueberry Bonanza the perfect ending to any meal! No need to ever sing the blues that there's no time to make dessert when this one comes together so easily.

What You'll Need

  • 3 tablespoons granulated Splenda
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries, divided
  • 2 (6-ounce) containers reduced-fat blueberry yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl, sprinkle Splenda over blueberries and toss lightly. Reserve 1/2 cup blueberries; set aside.

  2. Add yogurt and almond extract and toss lightly with remaining blueberries. Spoon 1/2 cup of mixture into 4 dessert dishes and garnish with reserved blueberries.
