What You'll Need
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups fat-free milk
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
What to Do
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Stir in flour and mix well.
Add milk, stirring constantly until mixture boils. Boil 1 minute, or until mixture thickens and becomes smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in mustard. Serve immediately.
