If you love iced coffee but shy away from it because you think it's too rich for a diabetes diet, no need to anymore. We gave this favorite chilled summer drink a makeover and you can enjoy Your Very Own Iced Coffee anytime you want!

What You'll Need

  • 2 tablespoons decaffeinated instant coffee granules
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons powdered stevia (we used Truvia)
  • 1 bottle (16-ounce) diet cola, chilled

What to Do

  1. Dissolve coffee granules in hot water.
     
  2. Pour into large pitcher and add milk, vanilla, and sugar substitute. Gently stir in cola. Serve over ice.

I'm sorry I have to say this, but... this tasted terrible! I took a few sips, but ended up throwing it out. Do not waste your time nor ingredients on making this iced coffee.
