What You'll Need

  • 1/2 cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, oats, milk, vanilla, brown sugar, and cinnamon; mix well.
  2. Add cream cheese to oat mixture and stir until smooth. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight. Serve chilled or warmed.
