  • 4 slice sugar-free whole wheat bread, each cut into 3 equal strips
  • 1 tablespoon sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

What to Do

  1. Pour egg substitute into shallow dish; coat bread strips on both sides with egg substitute.
  2. Coat a medium skillet with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, cook bread strips in batches 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  3. In a small bowl, combine sugar substitute and cinnamon. Sprinkle over warm toast and serve immediately.
