There may be a ton of easy shrimp recipes out there, but we think our Sweet 'n' Sassy Shrimp stands above the rest. The reason is we combine a touch of honey to sweeten it up and a bit of mustard to give it some sass. And talk about versatile! It works great as an appetizer, or toss it over some delicious riced cauliflower to make it a fill-ya-up meal. No matter how you serve it up, the combo of flavors will "wow" your taste buds.

What You'll Need

  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 20 (12-ounce) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley

What to Do

  1. In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard, onion, garlic, and ginger; mix well and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, over medium heat, melt butter and sauté shrimp 2 minutes.
  3. Add honey-mustard mixture to skillet, stirring until shrimp are pink and sauce is heated through. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
