We've taken frozen French-style cut green beans and put an Asian spin on them. These healthy Far East Green Beans are simply delicious.
What You'll Need
- 1 package (16-ounce) frozen French-style cut green beans
 - 1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts, rinsed, drained
 - 1/4 cup chopped scallion
 - 2 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
 
What to Do
- Cook green beans according to package directions; drain.
 - Transfer green beans to a medium skillet or saucepan. Add water chestnuts, scallions, and soy sauce; mix well. Over medium heat, cook mixture until hot, stirring occasionally.
