Autumn Celebration Tea

The flavors of our favorite autumn holidays are blended in this refreshingly delicious Autumn Celebration Tea. Everything about this shouts festive and healthy, so go ahead and serve it for the holidays or anytime at all.

What You'll Need

  • 10 whole cloves
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2 cups reduced-calorie cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 decaffeinated tea bags
  • Sugar substitute

What to Do

  1. Add cloves and cinnamon to 1 cup boiling water in saucepan.

  2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add 1 cup water and cranberry juice and heat to boiling again.

  3. Remove from heat, add tea bags and a little sugar substitute and cover. Let stand for 5 minutes. Remove spices and tea bags.
