Imagine sitting down for a quiet moment to sip a warm mug of Comforting Cocoa. Well, if you've been avoiding that simple pleasure, no need to. Our version is made with fat-free ingredients and a lighter sweetener, so go ahead and imagine!

What You'll Need

  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons granulated Splenda
  • 3 1/4 cups fat-free milk, divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • ground cinnamon or nutmeg

What to Do

  1. Mix cocoa and sugar substitute in medium heavy saucepan. Add 1/2 cup milk, stirring constantly with whisk over medium heat until dry ingredients dissolve.

  2. Gradually add remaining milk; cook and stir just until cocoa bubbles.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Garnish with cinnamon or nutmeg.
