Garlic and lamb chops make one great combination! We know lamb chops may not be an everyday occasion, but as the holidays draw near, you may be feeling fancy!

What You'll Need

  • 4 cloves, garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsely
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 (5-ounce) lean lamb loin chops

What to Do

  1. Preheat the broiler. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except lamb chops; mix well.

  2. Trim fat from lamb chops. Spread garlic mixture over both sides of chops. Place chops on a lightly greased rack in a broiler pan. Broil 6 to 7 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness.
