I will have to try this recipe. It is so hard to find a low calorie, low sodium salad dressing at the grocery store. Can you substitute the red wine vinegar for white vinegar or apple cider vinegar? I have always been turned off by the wine vinegar because I think it taste like wine. I will give it a try and see.
