Cheesy Tuna Melts

What You'll Need

  • 2 pouchs (2-1/2-ounce) solid white albacore tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 whole-wheat English muffins, split
  • 4 slices fat-free sharp Cheddar cheese

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl, flake tuna and mix with mayonnaise. Spread 2 tablespoons of tuna over each muffin half and top each with a slice of cheese.

  2. In toaster oven, broil until cheese melts and muffin is browned.
