What You'll Need

  • 1 (12-ounce) package frozen seasoning blend (onions, celery, peppers, parsley), thawed
  • 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes with liquid
  • 1 pound fresh, peeled and deveined shrimp
  • Hot pepper sauce to taste

What to Do

  1. In a medium skillet, cook seasoning blend and mushrooms over medium heat, until vegetables are tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

  2. Add shrimp and hot pepper sauce and cook until shrimp turn pink and are tender.
