Garlicky Shrimp

What You'll Need:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pound large shrimp (24 to 30 count), peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
What To Do:
  1. In a large skillet, heat the butter and oil over medium heat.

  2. Add the garlic, parsley, salt, and shrimp, and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.

  3. Drizzle with the lemon juice and continue cooking until the shrimp are pink. Serve immediately.
