Our friend Cheryl Walker named this sweet treat Naked Cheesecake, since it was "just waiting to be 'dressed' with delicious toppings!" We couldn't agree more. Whether you top it with fresh berries like we did, your own concoction, or decide to leave it naked, it's time to break out the chef's hats, cause the decision is all yours!
Note: On Memorial Day or the Fourth of July, you might want to add a splash of red, white, and blue with a bit of fresh fruit, or blueberry or cherry pie filling topped with a dollop of billowy white whipped topping!

What about using a sugar substitute like Truvia? What would the amount be?

The amount is usually the same for the substitute. So cup of Truvia or Splenda. Let us know how it turns out!

How about "Heavenly Cream Cheese Pie"? I must admit though, being a diabetic myself, I'd like to try to make it SUGAR FREE!! I bet it will still be "HEAVENLY"!!!!

Our recipes should not take the place of a doctor's recommended nutritional guidelines. Perhaps you should ask your friend what her health professional suggests is best for her specific needs and dietary requirements.

Sounds good but it seems to have a lot of sugar for a diabetic?? I'm not diabetic, and do not know how much sugar is acceptable. I'm looking for some recipes for a friend who's recently been diagnosed
