Nothing says "Boo!" quite like our Spiderweb Cupcakes. And thanks to a shortcut with boxed sugar-free cake mix, they come together in just a few minutes, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy decorating them with your favorite boys and ghouls.

What You'll Need:
  • 1 package sugar-free chocolate cake mix, prepared according to package directions
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract
  • 1 (16-ounce) can sugar-free white frosting
  • 1 drop red food color
  • 5 drops yellow food color
  • black gel to decorate
What To Do:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 24 muffin cups with Halloween paper liners.
  2. Stir the orange extract into the prepared batter. Evenly divide batter into the muffin cups.
  3. Bake according to package directions, allow to cool.
  4. In a small bowl combine frosting and food colors, mix well. Frost the cooled cupcakes and decorate with black gel (see photo).
