What You'll Need

  • 2 cups fat-free plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free hot cocoa mix (see Note)
  • 4 (6-ounce) paper cups
  • 4 wood ice cream sticks

What to Do

  1. In a medium bowl, mix yogurt and cocoa mix; spoon into paper cups.

  2. Place paper cups in muffin tin and insert stick into each cup. Freeze until hard.

Notes

Wanna make your own sugar-free hot cocoa mix? Just sift together 3-1/2 cups fat-free dry milk powder, 2 cups Splenda granulated sweetener, 1 cup fat-free powdered nondairy creamer, and 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder in a large bowl. Mix it well and store in an airtight container, and you'll have it handy all the time! For a nice, hot cup of cocoa, stir 1/3 cup of the cocoa mix with 3/4 cup boiling water in a mug, and enjoy!
