SERVING SIZE

Our Blackberry Frozen Yogurt is a low-fat dessert that's summertime-perfect. It's made with just 5 simple ingredients, including sweet and slightly tart blackberries. This is one fruity dessert you'll want to make in advance and keep on hand for when you get a craving!

What You'll Need

  • 1 cup fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon stevia
  • 1 cup frozen blackberries

What to Do

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients. Pulse in 20 second intervals, stirring between each, until thoroughly combined.
  2. Pour mixture into a bowl and freeze 8 hours, or until firm.

Notes

To make these look a little fancier, top each with a couple of blackberries and mint leaves.

This turned out so hard I couldn't get a spoon in it! It tasted ok but I won't do it again!

I am going to try to triple the recipe, then put in paper lined 6 cupcake pan and freeze.

This recipe was delicious! I'm a huge fan of blackberries so I served it with a few fresh ones on the side.
