I stumbled across this recipe for Peachy Homemade Sherbert Ice Cream and my heart soared! I love peach ice cream but not only do they not sell it where I live, if they did, the sugar would make it prohibitive for my health. I love that it has so few ingredients and the hardest part is the waiting for it to freeze before you can dig in!

The bookstore by my house growing up used to have a peach sherbet ice cream in the cafe. This reminds me of lazy reading days in the summer!
