A-OK Caesar Dressing

If you thought that a Caesar salad dressing might not fit a diabetes diet, we are delighted to share this lighter version of what we like to call our A-OK Caesar Dressing. You can enjoy drizzling it on your favorite greens with confidence!

What You'll Need

  • 1/3 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons white cooking wine
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard

What to Do

  1. In a small bowl, stir together all ingredients. Chill until ready to use.
